My sons 3 months old. Starting yesterday everytime he eats his head goes red and part of his fotehead and eyebrow gets red blotches. Goes away after hes done eating his formula. His diet is the same. Whats causing this? Its not a rash..

white skin is more transluscent. keep babe warm & avoid allergy triggers like cow's milk products. follow up with the pediatrician.
