Your core spells (Wingardium Leviosa, Diffindo, Lumos, etc.) are unlocked automatically throughout the game. For bonus "prank" spells, such as to trip other people, go to Weasley Wizard Wheezes in Diagon Alley (the bright red building by Madam Malkin's, where you buy characters you've unlocked). In the middle of the room is a staircase, and once you climb up, you'll be able to purchase the extra spells with studs you have collected....Show more
