Is this puppy a pure bred Saint Bernard?
We got him from a breeder who stated he was for sure a Pure Breed Saint Bernard? Are there any Long Time saint bernard owners that can confirm this please?

It's some sort of mutt.
Unless you were given AKC papers, there is no way to guarantee the dog is purebred.
If you wanted a purebred St Bernard, you should have purchased from a reputable breeder.
Dog in a Human's suit.
You can never be sure. He may be a mismarked and poorly bred. Purebred does not mean well-bred or even show-quality.
And he might be a mix.
The only way to tell for certain if he's a poor-bred purebred, or a mixed bred would be if you had his papers and have had them confirmed by the kennel club he is registered to. Having them confirmed is important, as breeders can make up or re-use papers illegally.
That being said, he doesn't look much like a purebred. Most saint bernards are fluffier, and while some can be mismarked to show more white then usual, I've never seen a pure white one. Your pup looks more lab then saint bernard.
?
Unfortunately, no. It looks like a Labrador/Boxer/Saint Bernard mix to me.

I've never owned a saint bernard, but I know my dog breeds well enough to know that you have been the victim of fraud.

One cannot go by looks. Didja ask to see the parents? Did they have a pedigree? Were they championship titled, lined? Were they registered with reputable clubs?
Looks like a scam to me.
THESE are true saint pups- http://www.saintbernardclub.org/2008Redesign/NewToSaints/buying_pup.htm
