How would you boot from a CD rom on a ASUS M2N-SLI Hardrive?

I cannot get the Windows 7 dis to boot on my ASUS M2N-SLI hard drive, all is it keeps doing is, starting up from the harddrive and goes immediately into the existing window 7 edition that is currently installed on the computer, I want to wip this out, and reformat/delete my hardrive and start over, please help me?

Go in to the bios and set the cd rom before the hard drive in the boot order... That should work for your...
