I have to return to court.?

I am returning to court after 1 year for a DUI. I have paid all fines and done the impact and ASAP requirements. What will I have to deal with. I think that it is a follow up and my lawyer does not need to be present. Thanks in advance.

I never go to court without lawyer, and he told me same thing. So if i get in problem like yours i would not go with out him.
