My friend and I are taking the Megabus to Atlanta. We are looking for a nice hotel downtown that is a good area. We are going to to check out the touristy stuff but also want to go out and enjoy the nightlife. I am looking for any good Gay clubs.

The Marriott Marquis, the Westin Peachtree Plaza, Hyatt Regency, or the W Downtown are all great choices! Stay away from the Hilton branded hotels. The W is more "chic" while the Marriott Marquis is more luxurious.
