where do I send old pictures of men at pearl harbor?

I found pictures of service men taken just before the attack on pearl harbor They were found in a basement of a house in Pa that was being restored...I do not know who they are but would love to donate them to the proper place so others may see and possibly know some of these men..need help please..

First off, awesome find!
The Navy Department Library accepts donations of WWII Navy memorabilia, including photos. If they are not interested or cannot take your photos, they can probably direct you to another library or museum that could.
