Is a black hole the start of a new universe? And what would that mean for string theory?

I was able to come to this conclusion on my ownown but i am unfortunately not the person to publish the idea that was done by Dr. Nikodem Poplawski, from the Department of Physics, Indiana University, that's a link to his page www.physics.indiana.edu/~nipoplaw/I am just looking for some opinions really. I believe in this black hole theory of mine and I cant be swayed. But respect every other theory other than a creator that's just poppycock. Wait i mean in a biblical sense, because some alien could have stopped at the pre life earth for a look around took a crap and here we are. This is way off topic.

It's possible. There's a theory that black holes basically empty into "white holes", which emit the matter. But the universe was apparently created in less than a second so I'm not sure how the white hole would emit everything so instantaneously. This is all theoretical of course.
