It won't turn out great on Yahoo Answers, but do this:
You multiply 4 X the bottom number, put it in the second row, add the first and the second number, and so on.
4] 2 -3 -5 -10
8 20 60
--------------------
2 5 15] 50
The answer is 2x^2 + 5x + 15 + (50/x - 4)
