If your friend stole 200 dollars, but got the money refunded, can he still be charged?
If someone stole 200 dollars off of your card, (by writing the card number and everything) but then ordering something online, but then refunded it all, and rejected the package. Can you still get him charged with felony Fraud or any charge at all? He wrote it down, ordered something worth $200, then denied the package and had it refunded.
