What legal rights does an illegal have in the US?

Do they have the right to an attorney and a public trial for a non-violent felony ? Can they be deported without any appeal or hearing?

Those trying to cross from the southern borders to towns and cities are usually rounded up and driven back to the border, aren't they/

Yes, they still have the right to an attorney, Fair Trial, and other facets of Due Process outlined in the Constitution. No, they can't just be deported without going through the legal process first.

Lyle is full of crap; don't listen to him. He is clearly a Xenophobic idiot who has no idea what he's talking about.

They have the same constitutional rights as everyone else. The constitution says "people", not "citizens". Last I checked illegal immigrants fit the definition of "people".

They are illegal, as such, under the constitution they are not guaranteed any 'rights' in the United States.

However, if the Dems keep going the way that they are going, pretty soon they'll have more rights than American citizens.
