When a girlfriend is ignoring the boyfriend, what does it mean and how should he respond?

I answered this question and got thumbs down. I figured if I'm being ignored but care about this girl, that it would be most appropriate to do what I can to SHOW her that I care and that I want to make it work with her, and if she still chooses to ignore me then f_ck her. If it isn't the best way to respond, how else should a guy react?

depending on your situation, if u cheated on her , if u done something mean to her, its ussually different , response. or if she is trying to get your attention, by ignoring u, , i mean if its not anything really , common sense just act like shes not all that important, , i mean ignore her back, , and she'll come around give her some time and it may not be you it might be something she is personally dealing with, and she feels she has no one to speak to, there could be many of reasons why shes ignoring u or it might be nothing and your over analyzing the situation.
