Some, perhaps all, states have some laws that are better, I'm sure, than comparable law in California.

Some, perhaps all, states have some laws that are not as good, I'm sure, as comparable law in California.

Many states have many laws just like California's.

What Neil said. Some CA laws are pretty good, some aren't. I would also add, that a lot of "California" laws that I've heard people complain about (excessive permits required, smoking banned in apartments, etc) are actually local ordinances, not state law.

On Nov. 22, 1910, Senator Nelson Aldrich a Republican and banking officials had a secret assembly on Jekyll Island, Georgia. The have been hanging collectively a plan to take over the budget of the us. The world financial institution, The national bank of new York, Europe, J.P. Morgan, the Rothschild's and others became the profiteers of the growth of the USA. Our structure reads: Article 1 part eight, Paragraph 5 fees Congress with "the energy to coin money and place the worth thereof". In 1907 the country became enraged on the grounds that of the instability of cash brought on via the banking process. Aldrich and his cohorts managed to convince the Congress of their plan and used the word federal to fool the men and women into believing it was once part of the federal government fearing a revolution if the nation found out it was once the banking approach. On Dec. 23, 1913 at the same time most had been on Christmas vacation the Congress voted within the Federal Reserve Act. It's neither federal nor a reserve. President Woodrow Wilson previous to his dying stated in so many phrases. "I suppose i've unwittingly destroyed my country". It is my opinion that this one act has caused the greatest damage to our nation and its' residents.

No, it would not be better. Do you think the same renewable energy standards would work in a state with a cold snowy climate? There are many states with many different climates and resources California laws would destroy them economically.
