Help finding a new laptop and tablet (picky details)?

***Note, I'm looking for a graphics art tablet compatible with photoshop, not the typical iPad type thing.

So, I've had my laptop for four years and my tablet for six and they are most certainly giving out. I'm really not too good at finding what I want on the internet, so any help would be appreciated!

For the laptop I'm looking for:

*Windows (please don't tell me to get Apple or another operating system; I've tried them, and I don't like them; personal preference)

*I don't really care what brand

*Wireless internet capable (hopefully this is just standard nowadays)

*At least 3 usb ports preferable

*Pretty good memory space; I also have an external hard drive, but I'd like to be able to save programs and some word documents/pictures on the computer itself

*GREAT graphics card/capabilities; I'm an art junkie and run photoshop/tablet software quite often in addition to spending a lot time meticulously staring at images; this is extremely important

*I do play some online games, namely League of Legends, so it needs to be capable of that, i.e. good video card; I don't need a gaming computer per say, but I would love if it could handle high tech games (such as the Elder Scrolls, Final Fantasy, etc.)

*I'm an Education student in college, so I will definitely be processing a lot of Word and Acrobat documents (I suppose I can just buy Microsoft Office separate, but it'd be great if it was already loaded)
*I'd like it to have decent speakers; like everyone else I love me some music

*I would love to have a lot of aesthetic customization options for the cover (and anything else; I'm not really aware of what's available anymore)

*I do torrent occasionally, but I'm not sure if there are any specific requirements for that

*Battery life is subjective; I keep my laptop in my room and fairly close to a power source at all times. I don't want a wimpy battery, but I don't need a marathon runner either

*I'd really like something speedy and powerful (what everyone wants, lol)

*Price isn't really a factor at this point; I don't really want to spend more than $2000, but that's a subjective limit as I'm planning on keeping this comp for at least another four years, hopefully more

For the tablet:

*I currently have an old, old, old Bamboo Fun Tablet, and I love it

*I'd kind of like something newer and better, i.e. not a Bamboo Fun Tablet (although I am considering it, I just don't need suggestions for it)

*Medium-high pressure sensitivity; tilt sensitivity would be good as well

*My current tablet has about a 6 x 3.5 inch drawing area, which I'm happy with (no smaller; slightly bigger okay)

*Compatible with photoshop

*I don't need a lot of options/software/etc.

*I don't need something extremely high-end and fancy; I'm a hobbyist, not a professional

*I'd prefer not to spend more than $200, hopefully less

Sorry, I know that's a lot of info. I know what I want, even if I don't know how to go about finding it. >.<

I'm looking for a graphics pen tablet, not a tablet that's basically a computer. Made to work in conjuncture with a computer, not be a computer itself.

try a lenovo ideapad, microsoft surface, dell latitude xt3, or asus. you'll get the best of both worlds.
