Microsoft Silverlight Help?

Hello. I am new to mac. I am running Lion OSX 10.8.3 right now, and I am trying to download Microsoft Silverlight for Netflix. When I download and try to install Silverlight, an error message appears saying I am not allowed to download it because it is from an undisclosed developer, due to my system settings. I do not know where I need to go to fix this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Right click on the installer and select Open from the menu that appears. It will ask again if you are sure you want to open it. If you are sure it is the real thing click the Open button.
