Unlikely.
The virus CAN be transferred, but I don't think this is much to worry about.
If someone handles infected feces, doesn't wash their hands properly, then touches something, the virus could be spread to that object.
BUT most staff at a veterinarian's office have proper hygiene and procedures to prevent these things.
The virus is passed through infected feces, or objects that are contaminated with infected feces. I don't think the dog food would be kept anywhere in the office that it could be contaminated with infected feces.
If your dog is fully vaccinated, you have nothing to worry about.
If you have a puppy who has not yet been fully vaccinated, you still don't have much to worry about. It would be possible for parvo to spread from vet staff to dog food bag to your hands to your puppy, but this is unlikely.
You would be more likely to track parvo into your home after a walk at the dog park, or really anywhere a dog with parvo could go, on the bottom of your shoes and infect an unvaccinated dog than you would be to bring it in on a dog food bag from the vet's office.
Also, vets see dogs with parvo fairly often, so their offices need to be clean because there's regular exposure.
