How should I have my hair for tomorrow's job interview?

I've narrowed it down to two options, option one is straightening it and putting my fringe out of my face with a hair slide, and option two is putting it up in a sort of 'messy bun/bow' type thing.. I'll be wearing black trousers, a black blouse with silver buttons and black ballet pumps with tiny silver studs/dots on the tip.
The interview is for New Look and I'm 17. Also, my hair is just below shoulder length

Well, it really varies. I have dreads so don't worry about that .. but to help you with your decision , you can check out this eBook that's a bit interesting ., it's a collection of hair do's and don'ts for day to day stuff. good luck with your job interview

For job interviews, It is best to have your hair neatly formed. I recommend doing a bun, making all the hair be out of your face. You want to look focus and have eye contact on the interviewer. Good luck hun <3
