I made up a bumper sticker phrase I wanna create: "Please make "driving" the most important thing while you are driving near me". I say this because of all the distracted drivers (texting, cell phones,playing with radio/CDs/iPod) etc

No one will care about your little soap box bumper sticker. It's sad and true. No one cares on the road anymore. People just do whatever they want. People are going to continue texting and driving, talking on their phone and driving, and eating while driving. It's not going to get better.

It sounds like a good idea in theory.It's kind of long though.What happens when some distracted idiot is reading it and forgets to brake and ploughs right into the back of your car?
