Well, if you get pregnant as a black or Hispanic you're expected to raise it, but if you're white you automatically are assumed to get an abortion.

I guess I fit under your category of "Hispanic girls getting married at a very young age". My spouse is more than supportive and works while I go to school. If anything I don't know how I'll be able to survive off of student loans, instead with him being the breadwinner I can focus on my studies. Also it is much easier to raise our daughter under the same roof over passing her back and forth.

I don't see it as a problem. I'm graduating high school with honors this May and going to my dream university in Fall. No amount of government funded programs would have changed my mind over marrying this guy that I love.

Also, us Mexicans are very united as a family. It's viewed in a negative way to be a single, unmarried mother, so everyone accepted my marriage.

Don't assume that just because we get pregnant and married it means that we can't be successful. I'm rocking in AP and Honors classes while many of my childless friends are out smoking weed in ditches. I'm more than happy with my life choices.

Again, nothing would have changed my mind.

I believe it has some to do with the origins of those teens. (Before anyone gets on my ***, I not saying that ALL Blacks & Hispanic gals irresponsibly essentially impregnate themselves or from the ghetto.) What I will say is that this is because most people under those races are in the poor neighborhoods & hang with bad association. Usually where the bad influence is around so those teens counted don't know better & are high an urge with Sex & not think ahead of the consequences that may follow. Then there's those whom fall in the scenario of also having to been raped & being impregnated in the process.

If men and women lack cash or education, they have no one in charge however themselves. I completed college, regardless of being verbally attacked by using a black administrator traumatic to understand why i would dare to ask for finaicial support when there are black scholars that need it more than I do. She advised me i could not have finaicial support in view that i'm white. It seems that it can be okay to be racist towards white people. So the entire poor me, I have no opportunites factor is complete CRAP!!! Humans get what they work for and most of the time get what they deserve. If precise persons weren't equipped, then that's THIER fault and theirs by myself. What number of months did everyone learn about it? If men and women want some thing, then it's as much as them to move out and work for it. Too bad, so unhappy.

Well, most of it's probably cultural.

For example, people tend to live in areas with people of the same race. We are more likely to associate with people who are "like" us. Which is why you get a lot of white neighborhoods or black neighborhoods.

So in areas with say, a lot of blacks, that are statistically speaking lower income, it'll be a lot more socially acceptable to not use protection or marry early or whatever. College education may not be affordable or even desirable.

In areas that are higher income (which statistically speaking, tend to have more whites), college educations and late marriages are much more common ground. Blacks and Hispanics that live in areas like this will also go to college and marry later. It's a matter of what is socially acceptable in that area for people in general (as opposed to race vs. race).

To tackle the problem, we should try to do what we can to teach abstinence and/or "safe sex", etc, to areas of lower income, and make sure they know that college is a good, viable option, that they can get financial aid and student loans and stuff.

Hope that answers your question

The rabbit gene in them needs to be removed lol maybe if parents were more in their buisness it would be harder for them to go have unprotected sex or at least. Face the music and start them on some type of contraception look I know teens won't talk to parents about sex or fess up to having sex I got one daughter and as soon as she hits 14 I'm gonna look into some type of contraception besides the pill I don't want to be a granny before my time also parents of teen males need to get on their butts too
