The first coin you have is a bicentennial dollar coin. They were minted starting in about mid 1975 through the end of 1976.
Unless it's got no wear at all, it's worth a couple of bucks at most. There were special collector's coins minted that were 40% silver, which generally sell for $15-$20.
For the second coin, it's worth at least $20 for the silver in it. But dollars that year were struck at four different mints--that and the condition affect the value, so it's impossible to tell you if it's worth more without seeing the coin
