I have very basic ATT TV service?

I want to use "The Leaf" antenna. I am directly west of Chicago. (14 miles) How well will it work?? Thanks!

It might support the UHF channels, that's it. I understand that some channels are on VHF, so you will need a VHF compatible antenna to get them.
