Looking to get a Fire Emblem 3DS XL/Mario White 3DS XL. It says the games are pre-installed, but where are they saved? What happens if my 3DS randomly deletes everything? What would happen? Would the games still be on there? Also could I take the SD card out of the 3DS and put it on a other and play the same game if it is saved on a SD card?

The game is saved in your eShop account, you can just re-download it (in fact, the games sometimes aren't installed, you have to go download it off the eShop, but it'll be in your download list for free)
Games will still be redownloadable.
And no, you cannot just put it on the SD card, put the SD card in another system, and play. Games are tied to the console. They are only playable on the original system. Unless you perform a system transfer, which will remove the game from the original system
