Good Skills to know as a web developer?

Hello I am looking to improve my skills as a web developer, I already know how to program in HTML and Javascript (I also have experience programming in non web related languages such as Java (but not Java Applets), C++, Assembly, Python and a little bit of C#) but I am not sure what else I should learn my goal in the end is to become a freelance web developer to make some money on the side so what should I learn to become a freelance web developer. Anyone can answer this question but if you are a web developer I would really like to hear from you.

PHP (server side script), Ruby (server side script), SQL (language for databases), jQuery (it's a common JavaScript library), MySQL (database software), Git (sharing/saving), CSS, Photoshop, Foundation (framework), LESS or SASS (speedy CSS writing), Bootstrap (framework), at least a couple CMS's (such as Drupal, WordPress, Concrete5, Modx, etc), mobile development...

Some things are more important than others. I'd suggest checking out some web dev/design blogs too, to get a better feel for what you need.

Also, just an FYI: I've heard that WordPress sites and hosts have been under attack recently, so use caution.

To the two you know, add:
- php, mysql, AJAX for Unix/linux servers.  SInce you know C++ ("C"), php will feel exactly the same!
- asp, SQL, AJAX for windo servers. (Who wants a window server???)

AND:
Correctly slicing photoshop souces (Designers are awfull when it comes to make their beautiful images into HTML!)
