Facebook Help. Can someone translate this Arabic for me please?

So I had a friend on Facebook. I did not know that person. I was just asking where she would use a resumè picture that she posted by commenting on it and she was doing fine replying to my comments in English but it was unexpected that someone else replied to the comments in Arabic, mentioning my name. It was just replied 20 mins ago and I have little idea of what is was...and this is what was said:

"Ana mafhi maalom James Mill,min hada? Sadik enti?"

it means,( I don't know James Mill ,who is he,is he your friend?).
note: who wrote this is most definitely not a native speaker,perhaps is an Indian or Pakistani.

it means; "I don't know James Mill, who is that? is that your friend?"
