Cold Embrace (Testament) too similar to The Unforgiven II (Metallica)?

I just thought that some riffs are similar and there is something about sun or sunshine in both lyrics. Cold Embrace has a more heavier tone but still too weird how this songs are similar. Maybe it is just coincidence. What you think?
