Are my eyes curable??
since the last hypertension attack 190/120, my eyes are severely affected. i saw bright speckles and glares around the objects i try to see. Is this thing curable?
i am 24 y/o male. I get random high b.p attacks. i am not fat or over weight. Just perfect for my height and figure.

your eyes are not the issue, your HBP is the issue
why not ask how to control your HBP then your eyes will be fine?!
anyways, if you put a tablespoon of high lignan flax seed oil in one serving of cottage cheese, it should lower your bp for a cpl days...which means you'll have to keep repeating that, til you find a way to control your panic attacks or whatever else that is giving you these fits of HBP! ok?!
I highly recommend ready dr sherry rogers book[s] on high blood pressure......her reco is take meds til you can get off of them, they are not meant to take for the rest of your life cuz you'll suffer if you don't take steps to get off of them....an excellent truthful book from an expert medical doctor.
