Is it possible Jesus has already come back multiple times?
I mean, even if he did, everyone would think he was crazy. And his first appearance wasn't "that" magical. There could have been some random virgin chick who got pregnant, but the town would just stone her for being a whore AND a liar. Plus, it is not written in stone how he will come back.
He could just be some hobo right now. He may be that one Russian guy in Siberia, Vissarion.
The fact of the matter is, if you see a guy with long hair/beard wearing a robe, preaching that he is the son of god, you run away. So how would you know?

If Jesus existed, he is dead now. People don't come back after they are dead. They are just dead.
Because this is how he describes his return before the tribulation:
1 Thessalonians 4:14-18 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
Have you read any of the many many prophecies of his 2nd coming?
He comes on the clouds in glory and power, nobody will mistake him the second time.
All his enemies will be put under his feet - NOW THAT we certainly have not seen so you know he hasn't returned and he shows up after the 7 year reign of the AntiChrist which hasn't happened yet either.
