Hi, I really dislike sweet bread or sourdough bread. Does anyone know of a good crusty farmhouse type that is neither sweet or sour?

I can give you a recipe without egg or sulphate and replace sugar for molasses if that is not a diabetic issue if so use splenda or such but for the gluten Idea I do not know some say barley is ok and lentils are gluten free but you need oats or wheat to get a good bread. mabye a flat bread or cracker? sorry not sure how to get around the gluten
