How do I change the wallpaper so that it is just the same on every home page instead of the one where its has to be a horizontal picture that scrolls as you scroll through the home screens?

Take a picture or select a downloaded picture from gallery and then click on it to bring out the menu and select "wallpaper" and it should apply that photo to all screens
