Pros:
Nice range of values
Looks like it has a likeness to original person
No major anatomy or proportion mistakes

Cons:
Shading is rough/sketchy/not finished
Obviously copied from a photo, lacks "life" and originality
Bad presentation. Couldn't you take the photo straight-on? Presentation is key in art.
