Some kid is on here talking about hating her mom and being abusive to her. I asked her why she was repeatedly asking the same question, and was blocked. When I punched up the question, I got a reply that stated I was unable to access the question. Does that mean I am blocked?

Yeah, I was blocked once or twice when the poster disliked my answer. I don't know if these people who repeat questions want other options, or just get some vicarious thrill out of seeing different responses.
