WARNING: DO NOT USE A TAMPON FROM U BY KOTEX!!! Ok so the directions said to pull it out if it felt uncomfortable, so I pulled it out and I heard ripping and when I saw it the center was ripped out! What do I do?!?

Well if I were in this position I would first wash my hands, relax for a minute, then I would carefully reach in, push down with my stomach muscles to get it down more if necessary, grab it and pull it out. Remember it's your body and you shouldn't be afraid of touching it (especially in this sort of situation).

If it is close to the opening, carefully try pulling it out without pushing it further. If not, you have to go to the doctor to get it surgically removed (I know it sounds awful but it is much better than the alternatives). So do you mean the string just Come out without the rest? One time I thought some broke off but I didn't realize it stays small for a little while and then gets bigger if that is what you mean...

A part of it is stuck? First off, remain calm. If you're a pre-teen or teen please tell an adult and see if they think it's best to go to the ER. It's very difficult to get tampons out with the string, so medical help might be the answer.
Just try to keep yourself calm.
