I've noticed my nose has been getting clogged alot and towards the night it gets worse. Either one side is clogged then it switches. It takes me a while to fall asleep now because I can't breatheee fresh airrr lol >.< I don't think I have allergies and my mom vaccuums every week and has changed my pillows and bed sheets regularly she likes to keep the house clean. Idk what it is .--. and it sucks what should I do?

It may sound weird and feel weird at first but it works, use the Neti pot. You can get it at most drugstores and walmart.

I might suggest you (from individual expertise) to go to the chemist and get some nasal spray. I take advantage of a dimetapp one, however there are various types. You simply have slightly of congestion... Use the nasal spray for maybe a week and your congestion will to go away, and a few weeks later it is going to be gone ceaselessly!
