a shirt identical or similar to the one the animated Mr Smee wears in the Disney movie Peter Pan.
It's like a light blue/tealish and white thick stripe. Is there any store or any place on line that sells old looking shirts similar to that? I want a t shirt or tank top for a man.

Closest I could find is this, but it's Lacoste and even on Zappos, it's still pretty expensive...

Consider looking at a Goodwill shop and maybe you will find something! If not, maybe paint a plain white t-shirt?
