Programming Panasonic TDA50 for music on hold?

I just moved my office and it was time to upgrade my phone system. My local dealer installed the TDA50 system, which seems much better than my old system although the dealer has been a nightmare to deal with. When they installed it they said they would hook up the music on hold when they came back to do the training. It took them 6 weeks to give us training on the system and they said they couldn't hook up the music on hold until I ran a cable from our stereo receiver to the TDA50. I ran the cable and now they won't return my phone calls. Can anyone please help me? I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Oops. Unfortunately for you, the TDA-50, at least in the United States, is installed by the good ol' boys club. Your side of the story is no response from the dealer, but you may have an unpaid bill, or a lazy dealer. Whichever it is, if you don't have access to programs 710, 711, and possibly 712, you're out of luck.

Most places have a Better Business Bureau. Start by reporting them. It gets a formal complaint into the system which has to be resolved. I would also lodge a complaint to Panasonic. Outside of that, it doesn't fix your MOH problem. From the other forum, I see that the state you live in is tiny. If the dealer is the only one listed, your best complaint is with the BBB.

Good luck.

you will desire to be waiting to apply it with a frequent telephone line. digital hybrids would desire to be geared up with an RJ45 connection. there is little distinction between a community cable and a telephone line. A community cable has greater wires, yet can nonetheless be used as a telephone line. the only element that changes is the quite connector pin.
