I have spent major money on eye-liner. I want to find the best product that doesn't run/smear. I sometimes have watery eyes and since I'm athletic, I do sweat. I am sick of smeared eye-liner. I have spent from 3.00 to $ 9.00 on eyeliner ---- Can someone please advise me on which product to buy.

Most of them all work the same for me from maybelline's waterproof liquid liner (about $5) to urban decay's waterproof liquid liner (about $19).

Benefit BADGAL waterproof liner is okay, but NARS Larger Than Life Long-Lasting is better! They're super pricey, but that's all I've found that works for me:(
