There may be just no way this kind of colossal hoax would be pulled off. The whole world used to be looking at, including me (I was in excessive university at the time) and consider me, no hoax would were just right ample to fool everyone! The Flat Earth Society believed it was once a hoax at the time, but they believed the Earth used to be flat and the whole area software was once fake! The only rationale more and more men and women like the hoax inspiration is that we've no longer long gone again in all this time. Because the funny story goes, "If they may be able to put a person on the Moon, then why are not able to they put a man on the Moon"!. The purpose we have not carried out it again is that in contrast to electronic technological know-how, rocket science (and vehicle and aircraft technological know-how too) has not particularly multiplied a lot in 30 years, so it will still be as high priced and elaborate because it was once in 1970. I mean a $500 pc in these days is better than 1,000,000 buck laptop in 1970, however a $20,000 car today is infrequently any better than a $3,000 vehicle from 1970....Show more

Yes. Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin were the 1st and 2nd; Eugene Cernan and Harrison Schmitt were the 11th and 12th = last (so far!).
This fact has better support than that Christopher Columbus sailed to the New World several times in the late 15th and early 16th centuries.

Apollos 1-6 were ground-based tests; 7 & 9 were manned, but strictly Earth-orbit missions, and thus, none of these appear in your list (in case anyone was wondering).
The originally planned Apollo lunar-landing missions were numbered 11 through 20, but 18-20 got canceled.
The designation, Apollo 18, however, was later assigned to the Apollo-Soyuz mission.

Well my opinion is that not only did a man walk on the Moon but 12 men did walk on the Moon through 1969 to 1972.There is visual evidence that 12 heroic astronauts landed and walked and even drove on the Moons surface.The lunar reconnaissance probe/satellite took picture of all the landing areas and the picture show foot prints and the lunar lander and other scientific equipment.

The missions were Apollo 11,12,13(failed)14,15,16,17.The apollo 13 had a minor accident,an explosion on the craft caused an oxygen tank to burst and detach itself from the craft so they could not land and had to preserve what oxygen they had left by going into the lander for the return trip to Earth,they made it home but barely they had to modify carbon dioxide filters so they did not suffocate....Show more

James Lovell, John Swigert, Fred Haise. Accident on-board command module prevented landing. Orbited the moon and returned to Earth.

Apollo 14 – February 1971 -
Alan Shepard, Edgar Mitchell landed and Stuart Roosa remained in orbit

Apollo 15 July/August 1971
David Scott, James Irwin Landed. Alfred Worden remained in orbit.

Apollo 16 - April 1972
John Young, Charles Duke Landed – Thomas Mattingly remained in orbit

Apollo 17 – December 1972
Eugene Cernan, Harrison Schmitt Landed – Ronald Evans remained in orbit

Apollo 18 Was Cancelled due to budget cutbacks
