Has anyone received their National Mortgage Settlement check yet?
I am aware that there are two separate settlements (Independent Foreclosure Review and NMS). My question does not pertain to the mechanics of how they work, I am interested in finding out if people has began receiving them and what the amount of the check was, since neither question is being answered directly by Rust Consulting.

Again, please. I need to make this clear, I know when Rust Consulting said the checks would arrive, the amounts and all those details, all I am looking for is whether anyone has actually received the check.

I have received my independent foreclosure review check,but I have not received my National Mortgage Settlement check. ($400) Just fyi -- they sent the first check to an address I'd never been associated with in a town 20 miles away. The person living there was kind enough to call me when it arrived. The National Mortgage Settlement check will be greater than $840. That is all we are being told right now. Some websites have up to $2000, but don't hold your breath. It was posted a few weeks ago that they would be mailed Mid to late May, however, they quickly corrected that to Mid 2013 because they recently bungled some payments in the first wave (Independent). I am due to receive two checks one for over $1100 minimum and one for $800, so for me, this is not just a couple hundred bucks that would be 'nice' to have. This is a chunk of change and I hate not having Rust Consulting updating the site at least weekly so we know we are not being forgotten. They would have less people calling if they updated the site every three or four days. I did not lose my home or suffer any setbacks due to Ameriquest. They overvalued my home, but our values were rising at 23% a year, so no repercussions on my end. I was shocked with the settlement and am using this money to pay off credit cards. To all you who need the money to make it this month, I hope that Rust consulting follows through.
