I am typing a legal format and want both left and right margins to align (even). I can either do the left margin or the right margin clicking on the symbol at the top, but how can I align both margins? Thank you

Follow these steps:
On the menu bar, select FILE and choose PAGE SETUP from the options listed
There are four boxes for setting your margins in the bottom right corner. Enter the new margin sizes in the appropriate fields.
Click OK to save the change
That´s all
