you make a cream-sicle drink but with orange jello rather then orange juice/drink.
that's orange jello, baileys non alcoholic sweet creamer & orange favored vodka
or will it not set right because of the creamer in it ??

It will be very soft set and probably taste a little odd, it will work but not exactly the same
for orange cream sicle I usually take a couple oranges, cut them in half and scrape out the inside being careful not to puncture the peel.
then mix ur jello packet with vodka (however much water the jello calls for, that much vodka)
carefully pour the mixture into the peel and refridgerate..
right before serving, cut the orange halves into slices and top with whip cream :)
