2001 isuzu power steering not working?

I changed my power steering pump but it still won't pump. I cracked the pressure side and there was no fluid. can anyone tell me why my pump is not working?

I did vacuum bleed the car and all the hoses look good.

Where did u disconnect your pressure side hose from? From the pump itself?

Your high pressure hose could have collapsed on itself. You wont see the damage because it is internal.
