You won't win like that. The second time around the Elite Four become a lot stronger and have Pokemon all the way up to level 70s+. You need to train a lot more. If you train a bit more try catching Mewtwo but be careful since he is level 70 he can take your entire team out. Get to around level 65 and with potions it is doable.
