Hi I'm suppose to write a paragraph about convincing someone to move to a city in the U.S. and I picked New York. What is it like? The food, what language people talk, transportation, climate, etc etc

This is such a vague question. It almost begs someone to pull your leg with all kinds of false information.
Please, please, please...at least Google NYC first and/or read the Wikipedia page on NYC at the very least! At least that would be a start. Even better would be a visit to the library. You know, read a book???
