Problem with Dish Slingbox Setup?

Hello I am having a problem setting up my dish slingbox. When I try to run the setup at setup.slingbox.com it says it cannot see the slingbox. I have tried port forwarding to the port that the slingbox service is running on (port 5117) and I know that I do not have an error in my  configuration since canyouseeme.org reports that the service is open yet the slingbox setup says it cannot see the slingbox. Should I instead allow connections in on a different WAN side port (eg 5001 then map it to 5117). I wish they would let you specify a  port :/

Do you have a Slingbox or a Dish receiver with a sling box adapter. Like a Dish 722 and an adapter or Hopper with sling or do you have a separate "SlingBox?"

If you have a "Dish" product got to Dish anywhere, if you have Sling call them for support.

Yes, there is a setup wizard. I think you can get by without it however. Your parents will have to run the setup wizard at their house. However, it is pretty easy. They even have exact instructions for port forwarding for almost every specific router you can think of. Once your parents set it up, you just have to get the finder ID from them. The other answer is correct as well. You download the software from the Internet. All the CD does that comes with it is directs you to the download site.
