1999 dodge neon 2.0 no spark at plugs what can I do?

My 99 neon is not getting any spark at the plugs. I checked the power to the coil pack and when I turn the key to start it I have power to the pack. what do I need to check next.

You may be unable to figure this out, without a scan tool. You may have bad crank sensor which controls spark. Everyone is offering a "guess", which is throwing money at the problem, without knowing EXACTLY what the problem is. I am offering you a "hunch," and this advice, You should have someone scan it for you to give you the proper answers before wasting any money on parts.

Check the "coil pack" distributor they usually make a clicking sound when there messed up if there's no spark then that's where your problem is. Owning a neon im sure you can find one at a junk yard for less than 20$.

well first i would get some new plugs and plug wires

if that doesnt do it then i would have to say something in the distributor
