Yahoo has discontinued the option to chat live with a representative. It was quite a while ago, actually. Now you need to fill out a help form and they will contact you by email.
In the meantime, if you want Yahoo Mail to show a limited number of messages per page, you can switch from "full featured" to "basic":
Sign in to Yahoo Mail Click the gear icon in the upper right corner - select Mail Options Scroll down the page to "Switch now" and select "Basic".
If the page is loading too slowly, freezes frequently or features are not working, this usually indicates a problem with your web browser or that you need to enable JavaScript.
First, try switching web browsers. For example, if you usually use Internet Explorer close the page and reopen using Firefox or Chrome. If this does not help, you may need to upgrade your web browser, you may need to upgrade your computer system, you may need to enable JavaScript or you may have low bandwidth speed or dial up which will slow your internet considerably.
To upgrade your current web browser or download a new one:
Ensure JavaScript and Adobe Flash Player is downloaded and enabled and that you are using the newest version of each of these programs.

Try refreshing the page, clearing your cache and cookies and restarting your computer.
Lastly, check to see if your anti-virus, anti-malware, anti-spyware or firewall is blocking or interfering with the site. Temporarily disable each one to see if any are causing this problem and then you can adjust your settings to allow Yahoo Mail.

I often connect up as invisible and are available in right here to respond to. The undesirable section is..... I in no way see all and sundry while they connect up that way till they have left. ok...... so now you're asking, "So Marianne..... what's the purpose of signing onto IM in any respect then?" it is something i'm heavily attempting to make your recommendations up too. lol
