Is there an app for iPhone where I can edit my skin?

I took a picture of my hair today and I realized my mosquito bite on my neck that is fading. The problem is it looks like a bruise or a hickey. Is there am app I can use to blend my skin or crop just that part out?

No, apparently. I own an iPhone. But you can search paid apps on the iPhone.
Otherwise you can upload the picture on the computer, Photoshop it, and the upload it back into your phone.
