What do you think about this?

I went to a high school graduation ceremony and at least 35 students with GPA 4.0 and higher. Is this normal or it's kind of high? Please let me know. Thanks.

Oh, this high school is in Westminster California and the students are mostly Vietnamese American. 33 out of 35 students with GPA of 4.0 and higher are Vietnamese American.
