What is a good way to deal with stress?
I'm dealing with an anxiety disorder and it has gotten worse where I don't leave my house except for my therapist because I'm just soo terrified of panic attacks and going out is torture for me trying to control myself all the time and my family doesn't understand my problem they're so ignorant that after almost a year of explaining to them what I have they continue to treat me like I'm lazy or just crazy. I'm only 16 and I'm scareddd! :/ I get a lot of stress and anger from dealing with something that is ruining my life
Just some background but what can I do to handle stress? In a healthy way.
some exceptions
1.) I can't go out for the moment :/ so the beach or a walk is a no. If I could I'd run there lol
2.) No music (It's seriously starting to bore me)
3.) Writing in a diary (Already tried it and doesn't really work for me)
