In World of Warcraft my bags are full of blue items that I have no idea how to sell. Auctioneer is not giving me information on these items, so how do I know what to ask for them? I really need the money so I can get trained on a faster mount (4,000 g). Also, they're soul bound. Does that mean I can't sell them at all? Do I have to pay someone to disenchant them?

Go to a vendor (The people with a bag icon or an anvil icon) right click them and then right click the item you want to sell. If you sell something that you want go to the buy back page and click it. If you are on the. Soul bound means you can't give them to anyone else or auction them off.
Unfortunately you can not sell soul bound items on auction, only to vendor, and you'll get the vendor price.
I don't think someone can disenchant an item without trading it to them, though you can't trade a bound item. When something is disenchanted it will destroy the item and in return give the person materials to use for the Enchanting profession, which is useless to you if you don't have it.
Assuming you still are unsure how to use the auction in general... when an item still reads "binds when equipped" you can sell that... The auction should have a tab you can click to go to the page to list items to sell. Right click the item or drag it to the box there. You can then set the amount and how long it will be up for bid. Technically you can ask for however much you want, be keep in mind that an unreasonable amount for an item may not sell.
soul bound items are only good for vendor trash *selling to vendors * they are bound to you and can not be placed on auction house
as for items it depends on what you are selling i would suggest looking it up in the auction house to see what other people are selling for then undercut them a small bit made most of my money from herblism and mining
That's exactly why you can't auction it. You have a few options however: http://www.wowwiki.com/Soulbound
You can either sell them to a vendor NPC, or you can disenchant it. However, since it is soulbound you won't be able to pay someone else to DC it, so you'd have to do it yourself.
